Used this for 2 months straight. It definitely works, but you need to work out moderate to heavy. Noticeable gains and definition. I am 49, work out about 5 hours per week. Have become a fan of good supplements. They work.just don't expect miracles. And you won't get results without real effort.

This may be one of the best supplements ever. I have been supplementing for the last 20 years and this stuff works better than any other product... I have energy at the gym and a serious pump. Makes me want to do more weight too with the energy increase. Super impressed. Just turned 40 and was going to try testosterone therapy from my doctor for that extra boost but i am going to wait now that i found this!!!! I only take 4 pills total and i am a big strong guy 6ft and 240lbs and taking 2 pills 2x daily works great... I would be careful with their dosage. They say to go to 6 a day but again 4 works magic!!! Look at the price here too. IN GNC they want 60 bucks...

I'm a 64 yr old man & do a two hr total body workout every other day...it is benifical to blood flow and a definite to boost to muscle mass.

I've noticed small improvement in my lifts after taking half the bottle thus far. I take 2 pills ( with hydroxycut elite) before a workout and power through just fine. I noticed my veins do begin to "pop" about 30 minutes after digestion. I would consider buying a second bottle to see continued growth.
