Personal Review: If you do regular exercise and you sweat a lot because of that, this ion supply drink will help you bring back the energy after burning few calories. However, it has an odd taste that you can't easily get used to but as you drink more you'll feel like you are taking a water with a bland taste. Best to drink this when cold.

However, this ion drink may not that be good for children because this is designed to be an energy drink for athletes or people that are always on the go, thus this should not be considered as a healthy drink for some. As you can see, the ingredients in here aren't suitable for toddlers and children below 10 years old.
