PERSONAL REVIEW ABOUT Xpress LOAD:
I personally try the service because I wanted to add this eloading business as part of my existing business but I was dissappointed. Here are the things I don't like about ExpressPay:
1. It took me three days before my sim got activated. The clerk told me that it might be Globe that caused the technical problem. So because I already paid 200 pesos to activate my sim, I needed to wait until my problem was finally fixed by their head office.
2. Second trouble, my first attempt to login to their web based e-loading platform was a mess. I was not able to login in many attempts until I gave up and contact their customer service support with skype user id: elaine_rose016.
3. Talking to this Skype user elaine_rose016 is another issue for me. She was not that accommodating. I can feel it by how she constructed her replies in the skype chatboard. She did not use: " How can i help you today?", " Good morning", " I apologize for the inconvenience" and what not. She was very snobbish at that conversation. That was my perception reading her replies. She seemed so irritated to me that she can't get the point of me contacting their office because of their poor service. Until I gave up on her and just find my way to solve my issue and was able to login to the site finally. And then I said to her, don't be so unpleasant to your customer especially to those who know what social media means nowadays. It will cause bad reviews to you in the end, not to you specifically but to your company. Very poor customer service. So bad.
4. With the system, it sucks. Sending e-loads is not real-time. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to load a mobile number. So where do the word "Express" exist in this mobile loading system. I don't know. Poor platform.
I no longer use ExpressPay Xpress Load anymore and I do not recommend this to you guys. I will try other system maybe.

DeleteI disagree on your comment, Expresspay E-loading is a great avenue in selling call card, eloads, online gaming, internet cards and others. I have two ways of selling, one using my cellphone and the other one using online system that loads my customers instantly. I encourage you to try it, as a retailer you will just pay only 150 and not 200 pesos for their registration fee. I am 16 yo and I am earning BIG TIME with it.
ReplyDeleteAbove review about ExpressPay is so TRUE! The system (old to upgraded versions) is unbelievably POOR! Not to mention the customer service and professionalism of both the service team and the owner (CHARLES MASCENON). Too bad we also franchised...and yes, it is a total waste of everything (money, time and energy). Not worth the stress.
ReplyDeleteI have at least 2 friends who decided to stop operating their ExpressPay franchise. Same sentiments as mentioned. And soon, another franchise / branch will soon be closed.

TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT...I should have followed my instinct from DAY 1 (Product Orientation / Training) - to not pursue on this business!
This is not TRUE! I am a franchisee of Expressspay! I got my ROI in just 6 months. I just offered their Load Business and payment services.

A very disappointing franchising business. For those who are planning to be a part of this sh** better think twice or more and make some reviews. Their support sucks too if you are having trouble with the system the only i advice i always get is to uninstall install the browser.. Support team are all stupid they dont even know their job...

DeleteYeah i agree... calling expresspay a trash...For about less than 3 months we decided to stop the business and some nearby branches already did.. The worst franchising business, better invest your money to a known and famous franchising. And for the support you are all stupid you dont even know your job. For those who wants to try this fu***** business think twice or more and make some reviews about this sh**

ReplyDeleteAwww..Good thing i researched thoroughly abt expresspay before we decide to franchise, i saw alot of person in OLX and Sulit selling their franchise for a lower price.. nagddalawang isip nga ako mag-franchise kasi sobrang baba ng rates nila at ndi nman kilala.. and now that i heard abt their poor service support nakapag-decide na ko na ndi talaga mag-franchise ng expresspay..
