Old Manila. A staple in Robinsons Galleria since its early days, Old Manila has been a favorite among mall goers for 15 years. Just last year, it moved from its former location to a newer, brighter spot on the third level. What attracts most customers is its signature brew, which rivals any imported coffee in town. Afternoons have Old Manila buzzing with regulars who are looking for a mid-day pick-me-up or a late lunch. The staff is incredibly accommodating and keeps people coming back not just for the food, but for the personal service they offer everyone who walks in.
Old Manila's menu is varied- they carry Filipino breakfast meals and classic favorites for lunch and dinner (Tanghalian at Hapunan) that cover the whole array of home-cooked meals all Pinoys have come to love: Inihaw na Liempo, Sinigang Bangus Belly, and Tortang Talong sa Giniling are just a few of the items on their menu. Aside from offering continental dishes and sandwiches, their snack menu also includes Arroz Caldo, Bihon Guisado and Pancit Molo. credits to writers: Chinggay Labrador and Christy Monastrial
