Very easy to setup, clear picture, good price. However, 2-way audio does not work. Only audio from device can be heard on the cellphone but audio from cellphone cannot be heard on the device. But considering the very low price, this is a good buy. Better, easier to install than expensive cctv systems.

Packaging - well sealed in a new box- excellent
Item (physical) - plastic like that of monobloc chairs but looks sturdy - good
Installation - Very easy plug and play setting (no complicated wiring needed) - excellent
Connectivity - Only 1 device at a time. For multiple connection use Web GUI - good
Response to control on mobile - Slow but working - good (should consider fine control in positioning the camera but its not built with this device)
Video Quality - Very clear - excellent
Recording - Not tested because it does not comes with SD card
Intercom - Working (mobile to device needs to hold down the mic icon then speak).
Overall - excellent item for its price.
Two antenna po dapat. Pro yun binigay nyo sakin isang antenna lang... Ayusin nyo naman yung items na nakapost dapat yun din yung ipapadala nyo.. Hassle na pabalik dyan sa inyo.. Very dissapointed
Almost everything is fine it's just the mic that has a slight problem. It's not working all the time though we have a very good internet connection. I have to press the mic for like 30 seconds before it works. The quality of the video is clear. The zoom in/out & focus are not really working. I was satisfied with the performance of the product for a low price. Setup is a bit confusing because the manual didn't mention that you have to scan the QR code when you're setting up a wireless connection. It works whether you are using data on your phone and you want to view the camera live.
It is easy to install and is easy to use. The Keye app is very simple to follow. I recommended this product to my sister and she asked me to order another three for her. Also, the deliveryman did his job well. Thank you LAZADA.
It may be cheap but it is very helpful. I can see what's happening inside my house. And i really didn't expect that it would work online without so many set up. Plug ang play then just follow instructions with it.
But i have one problem. I cannot playback the video recorded in sd card. Is it really filename.264 file type. What player should i use? I can't play it on my laptop. Please help.
This is only 1 external antenna but the products description said 2 external antenna included. All everthings fine and works for wireless connection and wired connection. For iOS and Android user is works fine. The infared is works fine and motion detection. Thank you.
Hindi naman ito yung item na nasa picture, nung tinanung ko bakit isa lang anthena nung dneliver sakin sasabihin nyo baka sa iba ako umorder?!? Pano nyo masasabi yon e may proof ako? Minsan kaya nakakadismaya umorder sa Lazada kasi may mga katulad nyo makapagbenta lang.
The item I received was really great and worth it. If I were to rate just the product itself, I am giving it 5 stars. HOWEVER, I have given this an overall rating of just 3 stars because the camera that was delivered only had 1 antenna instead of 2 (as per the posted pics and specs). The supplier should have contacted me about this before sending out the incorrect item. Perhaps this is why I got freebies (shampoo and toothpaste sachets). I have tested it in my house where the wifi router is just in the same room as the camera. I hope it works perfectly when I install it in my grandmother's house where the wifi router is on the 2nd floor. This is actually the reason why I specifically chose a 2-antenna camera -- to ensure that it still gets good wifi reception despite the distance from the router.
