1. Received the item well packaged, brandnew, works really well, only gripe is location of audio out speaker, satisfied with the purchase.

2. The price is a steal, the performance is great, however the pure android 8.1 experience of ASUS is not what I expected it to be, that is why quality is a meh.

Starting with: The Bad

1.) No Gorilla Glass, but the glass is scratch resistant. I recommend bundling a tempered glass.

2.) Occasional Crashes, Android 8.1 is not stable yet, even when with light apps, the SystemUI or launcher tends to crash SOMETIMES as it is not a big deal to me, when it restarts the processes mentioned.

3.) No Sim ejector tool, earrings will work fine tho.

4.) Battery life is an ok-ish if you know what you're getting and if you're a heavy user. 10hrs of screen on time (Wifi) or 8hrs of screen on time (4G) in my experience, 30% on watching on youtube, 20% on watching on MX Player, 20% on gaming, 20% on surfing the net (FB, Twitter, IG, Discord), 10% on fiddling around with the phone.

5.) (Disclaimer: This is based on my experience, I don't know if my Bluetooth device has the problem, this doesn't happen with my previous phone) When Paired with Bluetooth audio, the sounds get muffled/suppressed when the sound level gets too high (Ex. Someone singing loud mid song, heavy bass) as if the phone has a limiter on how loud you can play on Bluetooth. Plugging the headphones directly on the device however, the sound level stays normal and does not muffle.

6.) The front facing cam is bad, really :( can be fixed by a system update hopefully. The rear cam is pretty average for dual cam system.

7.) Fingerprint scanner is ok, I guess? not too good because it does not response fast sometimes and sometimes it does.

8.) Face Unlock, don't bother trying.

9.) Screen is fingerprint magnet, same goes to included case.

The Good

1.) Gaming is a bliss on Low - Mid settings, (Eg. PUBG, Dead trigger 1 & 2, Ashpalt, and Deemo)

2.) Battery is long lasting if you're not gaming too hard. Lasts me a full day on 100%; 7am to 12am

3.) Great speaker, bass is above ok-ish, loudness is loud.

4.) Solid built, I guess? It's a bit light but feels solid.

5.) Overall performance is Great

6.) Signal Quality is good

7.) Software all in all is ok as promised pure android experience, some asus apps are there, nevertheless its a good interface.
