PERSONAL REVIEW ABOUT Xpress LOAD:
I personally try the service because I wanted to add this eloading business as part of my existing business but I was dissappointed. Here are the things I don't like about ExpressPay:
1. It took me three days before my sim got activated. The clerk told me that it might be Globe that caused the technical problem. So because I already paid 200 pesos to activate my sim, I needed to wait until my problem was finally fixed by their head office.
2. Second trouble, my first attempt to login to their web based e-loading platform was a mess. I was not able to login in many attempts until I gave up and contact their customer service support with skype user id: elaine_rose016.
3. Talking to this Skype user elaine_rose016 is another issue for me. She was not that accommodating. I can feel it by how she constructed her replies in the skype chatboard. She did not use: " How can i help you today?", " Good morning", " I apologize for the inconvenience" and what not. She was very snobbish at that conversation. That was my perception reading her replies. She seemed so irritated to me that she can't get the point of me contacting their office because of their poor service. Until I gave up on her and just find my way to solve my issue and was able to login to the site finally. And then I said to her, don't be so unpleasant to your customer especially to those who know what social media means nowadays. It will cause bad reviews to you in the end, not to you specifically but to your company. Very poor customer service. So bad.
4. With the system, it sucks. Sending e-loads is not real-time. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to load a mobile number. So where do the word "Express" exist in this mobile loading system. I don't know. Poor platform.
I no longer use ExpressPay Xpress Load anymore and I do not recommend this to you guys. I will try other system maybe.
