Another restaurant I frequently visit whenever I am strolling in malls around the city and I ended up starving. One of the best food spot I go to is Cabalen Restaurant, where all the dishes are truly delicious.

Cabalen Restaurant is a place to visit whenever you're craving for some authentic filipino dishes. They are well-known for their native cooking of Pampanga's dishes such as ginataang alimango, crispy kangkong,  kalamaris, kare-kare, and a whole lot more, all are amazingly flavorful and mouth-watering. There are some competitors trying to imitate the concept of Cabalen. But for me, they can never copy the magic of their recipe.

So how about the price? Does it cost too much like other dine-in restos in the metropolis? You'll be surprise when I say that I can eat all the dishes serve in their buffet table for less than 300 pesos per head. That's how reasonable the price is and besides feeding your hunger with only just yummy filipino dishes is truly worth the money.

And regarding the service, it is also exceptional as they have friendly food attendants that go beyond the extra mile to make you feel at home. Their customer engagement is awesome. So even if the place is most often crowded, they can still give a pleasant smile to serve their customers.

What more can you ask for? With all those delicious menus at affordable rate and superb customer service...definitely Cabalen Restaurant is a must visit dining spot in the city of Manila. I highly recommend it.

Walking around the mall can be tiring sometimes so then I prefer to drink fresh fruit shake if this is the case. And only Fruitas Kiosk can give that frosty blend of fruits. A variety of fruit mixes can be choose from ; mango with melon, 4 seasons, watermelon, banana and more...all are deliciously nutritious as fruits can be a good source of vitamins. So after I emptied a large cup of fresh fruitas, I say one more. Again, the taste is naturally sweet, refreshing and cool.

And you don't need to be so frugal to avail a one healthy fresh fruit shake 'coz Fruitas sell all their variety of flavors in a very affordable price. A 35.00 pesos can already buy a medium cup.

Fruitas is the first kiosk in the Philippines that has a concept of selling fresh fruit shakes. That is what I know, and because they're the first to do it, competitors tried to copy the concept but failed to beat the original flavor of Fruitas. So if you plan of getting a franchise business, Fruitas is highly recommendable.

Fruitas is almost in every mall near your town. In our place, it has a branch in Robinson's Place Imus. On that note, strolling inside the mall can never be tiring as before now that Fruitas can offer you to satisfy your thirst. Their fresh fruit shakes are my favorites and I highly recommend it.

Kremil-S Chewable Tablet

I was able to try Kremil-S chewable tablet last time that I had a hyperacidity. This is not actually the branded medicine I use to take whenever I feel a pain sensation in my stomach. I just have no option that day but just to try it as an alternative. Gardenia Whole Wheat Bread

Eating whole wheat bread brings nutritional benefits than white breads. But despite of its health benefits, I still prefer to eat white breads. I like it when I spread mayo or strawberry jam in it. And I love it when I slightly dip the white bread in a hot yummy chocolate, so with that my breakfast is totally complete. Yes, it maybe a fact that I prefer the taste of white bread over the nutrition I can get from a whole wheat bread. But when I discover the good taste of Gardenia Whole Wheat Bread, my preference has changed. 

The taste of Gardenia is so extraordinary than those other whole wheat bread in the market. It is light brown in color, soft and freshly packed. In fact, I can eat this bread even without yummy spreads. But of course, I still enjoy its taste when I fill it with spreads, peanut butter will do. I also have other ways to eat gardenia bread, I sometimes put star margarine garlic flavor in it and toast it. It's real flavorful. I also do use this gardenia bread in preparing a home made pizza. Totally yummy. 

A pack of Gardenia is a bit pricey compare to white breads. But take my word for it, you will surely don't want to miss its taste, its softness and freshness. It's worth to spend money for it. And I highly recommend it.

Piattos Cheese Flavored Potato Crisps

When I say hexagon shape cheese flavored potato crisps...there should be only one great snack that has that mouth-watering flavor in every bite. Yes, it's Piattos. This chip is included in my fave junk food when snack time. So yes, I am not a health buff to stay away with this tasty potato crisps.

Piattos is now available in variety of flavors. You may try roadhouse bbq, roast beef, nacho pizza and sour cream and onion. But one flavor remains my top choice, the classic cheese flavor. Piattos may appear a bit pricey compare to other brand of potato crisps but if you think of the taste, some may agree with me that I will choose Piattos than those cheap brands of cheese chips. It's light, crispy and delicious, these are how I can describe the taste. It is truly an awesome eating habit when you grab a bite of Piattos during snack time. Me, I just can't afford myself not to eat Piattos. I will surely miss the flavor if I do. But for sure, never will I.

Its not just me who loves Piattos, even one of your friends and even you have already tried it once,twice,thrice or more than that in your lifetime. And rarely do I heard some negative remarks about the flavor, unless you eat one after its expiration date. Just kidding aside.

So how do you plan to eat Piattos in your snack time today? Will you add some flavor by dipping it in a small plate of mayo or just melt it in your mouth as it is? Whatever your plan maybe, one thing for sure, you'll enjoy every bite of it and you'll ask for another pack. Piattos, I highly recommend it...for junkfood eaters like me.

Kamay Kainan Buffet in Market Market

One of my cousins already graduated from college. And because this is a celebration. My aunt treated us a big meal in Kamay Kainan Buffet Restaurant. We visited the brand in Market Market Taguig.

Kamay Kainan is a dining spot well known for its all-you-can-eat menu. So for a small budget of less than 300 pesos you can already eat different types of dishes, salads and desserts. And take note, all those are so appealing to everybody's palate. The filipino dishes prepared in the buffet table are so delightful, flavorful and yummy. And what's good about all-you-can-eat is the fact that you can go back to the buffet table, pick the food you like and eat it as much as your stomach can. 

The Kamay Kainan Restaurant is a simple place but very elegant in a filipino style interior design. So aside from the dishes, you will also feel comfortable dining in this place that is so clean and sanitized. The food attendants are so friendly and very accommodating. We will surely visit back this place for another nice dining experience. I highly recommend it.

Selecta Choco Almond Fudge Ice Cream

It was one sizzling hot afternoon when I went to somewhere in Dasma City to buy some stuff. And seriously the hotness tempted me to buy something that could bring a frosty feeling inside my body. And yes, I bought Selecta Choco Almond Fudge ice cream. And honestly, it's real mouth-watering.

Choco Almond Fudge is another chocolaty ice cream offer of Selecta. It is a bit pricey compare to Dan Eric's ice cream which is my real favorite. But since I can't find Dan Eric's in that place. I ended up buying Selecta. With the taste that is so flavorful, the choco fudge that really melts in the mouth, and the crunchy almonds that make it more appealing to my taste buds... I can't stop myself asking for more.

I have tasted other flavors of Selecta but this one is my favorite. Although we rarely buy Selecta brands in occasions like birthdays and reunions. I guess, I will be putting this now on my top choice list of ice cream labels. I highly recommend it.

Talk 'N Text Gaan Txt 10 Plus

Talk 'N Text is a company that offers cellular services in the Philippines. There are other big names in this industry but I must say that this company captures the middle class market. It is because their promos and offers are real affordable particularly their prepaid deals. One of those deals are their Talk 'N Text Gaan Txt 10 Plus.

Talk 'N Text Gaan Txt 10 Plus is their most recent promo. For as low as 10 pesos a day, you can have as much as 40 text messages to your love ones using the same network. So it means that you only spend less than a peso each message sent. It is a pretty good deal but one disadvantage using the service is the expiration date. Yes, the load is only good for a day. So if you think you don't need much of a prepaid credit in a day. I suggest you go for the regular load that has longer validity instead. 

I am not a Talk 'N Text loyal subscriber. In fact, I just only use this if I need to text a lot. Probably this is a deal that was designed for text addicts , maybe for youngsters who can afford to do texting in a day. 

So think of the affordability, this promo is a good try. But think of the validity, I'll just go for a better deal instead.

Pringles

It is perfectly crispy, outrageously yummy, and the saltiness is totally addictive. Yes, you're right I am talking about Pringles Chips. I don't know why all the flavors of Pringles is so mouth-watering. One thing I know the ingredients has something that you will surely crave for more and ask for more. Once you pop you just can't stop! Aside from the plain one, the flavors of pizza, sour cream and onion, and the hot and spicy are my favorites.

Pringles is not a local brand of chips. So in my country, it is pricey to buy this. But thanks to the manufacturers because they recently launched Pringles in small packs that is more affordable but never it compromise the quality of the taste.

Whenever I have outdoor activities that I need to attend, outings or out of town meetings. I make sure that my favorite chips are inside my backpack. And one of those chips is Pringles.

One small pack of pringles is not enough to satisfy my cravings. So if budget allows me to buy the regular can, I do. Besides, it is worth the money. I forget about being frugal when I see Pringles chips staring at me while standing in the grocery shelves.

And for health buffs, they will surely miss one tasty chips that they should try. It's Pringles, I highly recommend it.

Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt

Nestle has launched their own version of Fruit Selection Yogurt in the Philippines few years ago. Several t.v commercials and brand ad campaigns were done to promote the product, to introduce Yogurt as a healthy and yummy food for all ages. It was tough enough for Nestle to introduce this to filipino market because many of us has this perception that Yogurt is a sour food to taste, and this misconception makes Nestle work hard to market Yogurt brand in the Philippines.

One time, I was doing groceries when I saw a booth conducting a free Nestle Yogurt food tasting. The promo attendant was explaining the benefits of Yogurt. And if I remember it right, she said that Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt is a healthy product composing of probiotics that helps your stomach keep away from bad bacterias. So its like Yakult that has good bacteria, making our digestive system works in good condition. Curious and tempted, I joined the line-up of people to get the free sample of Nestle Yogurt. When I got mine, the first impression that I have was the Yogurt looks so delicious. The smell is so fruity that it made me rush scoop it. And when the Yogurt melted in my mouth, there is only one word to describe the taste. It is outrageously mouth-watering. The fruit bits adds sweetness to the original taste of a Yogurt. Well, it is perfectly flavorful. Because of that I was convinced to buy a pack of Yogurt. It is a bit pricey but its fine if you consider the taste and the health benefits.

Nestle has done effective ad campaigns that even me got thrilled to try Yogurt. And I am sure, that through word of mouth, fruit selection yogurt will be one of the preferred healthy foods of Filipinos years or even months from now. Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt is highly recommendable for all ages.
